As a lead developer, I guided and supported my team during many stages of the development. I was involved in the process of building new features and porting the application into the Cloud. I used a hands-on approach, leading by example and then empowering the team after a well-made planning.

I was responsible for solution architectures and development of two ITZ-Bund internal projects. I also provided technical support to software developers across the organization on topics like Enterprise Java Development, Spring, IDE integration, CI-CD and Test Automation. present Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, Apache, Swagger, Jenkins

As the team leader of a 5 developer team I was responsible for making architectural decisions, planning the work and communication with our clients. The quality of the outcoming product was one of my main focuses.

I was the team leader of a 4 developer team. I was responsible for the development of a large billing solution for our client Ericsson.

As an Agile team leader I was responsible of organizing the work of my team and also deliver clean and working code. I had to estimate and plan the releases of the product along with my team. Taking decisions regarding the architectural design and implementation details was done in collaboration with the entire team.

The project is a SCADA Solution used by energy companies like Eon. I was involved in the planning, implementation and testing of the system. Deployment and 3rd Level Support were also part of my responsibilities.
