- Freelance support for MICE events (meetings, incentives, conferences, events) for local service providers; project management – initiation, planning, implementation (contracting logistics, conference facilities, food catering ) event monitoring and coordination in location; - Freelance support for 'award show' type of events, TV programs - logistics coordination , interface with local service providers and event organizers, production team assistance (talbotproductions.co.uk, worldsuperyachtawards.com);

Production support for the directing team; logistic support according to the production specific parameters (location, time frame, number of persons involved in the project); Selection of collaborator’s team, production assistants; Identification, negotiation and contracting of accommodation and food catering services for the participants and production team; Budgeting and budget monitoring throughout the project development; cost contracting and participants selection;

- Resource management; transportation sub-unit with own resource (aprox 50 passenger cars, minibuses, equipment and machinery), headcount: aprox. 50 pax; food catering sub-unit with own production facilities and personnel, headcount: aprox. 50 pax; offer budgetting, subcontracting, implementation; private and corporate events service supplier with experienced personnel support; - Budget construction and follow according to forecast , action plan resource allocation and of loading level of the resource;

Monitorisation and coordination of costume production according to manufacture orders; Studio production unit with highly trained personnel, specialized in event and film costumes manufacture for captive or third party client, organised in three sections: men costumes, women costumes, series production; Sales support; Integrated operational procedures and operational flow construction for both BU; Manufacture catalogue developed together with the Props&Costumes production engineer;
