Responsible for contaminated land investigations, environmental monitoring, data collection, mentoring junior colleagues and liaison with governmental bodies. Reports included contaminated land risk assessments, environmental modelling and permitting. Trusted to attend client meetings in lieu of the regional manager and relay important information/action points. I was also responsible for operations involving project planning, implementing a CRM tool, resource control/supply, logistics and team management.

From MSc placement to being offered a permanent position as Graduate Engineer, I was then promoted to Environmental Engineer within 18 months. I was part of a team of 3 engineers so gained exposure to a variety of environmental projects.
