Global marketing responsibilities both strategic and hands-on for rapidly growing, publicly traded security company; includes marketing planning, product launches, lead generation, social networking, email marketing, web and web promotion, media & analyst relations, media spokesperson, and managing the marketing team.

Developed and executed global marketing strategy for pioneering enterprise applicant tracking software and online recruitment-as-a-service that was licensed to over 100 online publishers and to MSN Israel.

Direct report to the CEO, the 6th person to join the company and the first non-technical member of the team. Headed all global marketing initiatives for this rapidly growing, innovative security start-up. Responsibilities included co-founding the US operation, developing and executing the marketing plan, recruiting and managing the global marketing team (PR/analysts, product marketing, marcom, US & International field marketing, etc.). This company was acquired by Microsoft.

Non-profit management role, overseeing youth groups in Northern and Central NJ, with around 2000 teen-aged members in 30 congregations. Responsibilities included regional program development, fundraising, budgeting, developing leadership among teens, coaching local adult advisors, liaising with lay committees and rabbinic advisors, running regional events, administering summer camp programs, managing large staffs of resident advisors, allocating scholarships, promoting and leading teen tours
