As the Marketing Manager within the German Chamber of Commerce I am in charge for the Social Events. I started the Women in Business event series and hit the market with it. Furthermore I am responsible for the Young Leaders events and try to have great speakers with amazing stories to tell. Last but not least I am organizing the German Ball-the biggest social event among the Expat Group in Shanghai.

Within the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai I was responsible for the membership managment and all the events for the members and friends of the Chamber. In total we did over 60 events each year - business and social orientated. I was part of the organization of the first Swiss Chamber Ball in Shanghai, which was a great success and is still ongoing. I worked with speakers, hotels and partners and acted according to the market topic wise. We increased the participations and became one of the best known

The St. Galler Kantonalbank gave me the opportunity to start my Marketing career. I started as their Marketing Assistant and was responsible for the marketing budget of the branches. Furthermore I was the assistant of the team and made sure that everything was prepared so that the events will run smoothly. I also designed and created new give-aways and was responsible to bring them on the market.

UBS gave me the right tools to start my career. I worked for several departments in over 5 years. In my last position as a Client Advisor I started to be responsible for the Youth Marketing. I gave speeches at companies concerning the youth dept issue we’re facing in Switzerland and helped to provide it. That was the position in which I realized that I am good at organizing and on ease with the stress it brings within. It brought me to another level and I knew that my future would be in Marketing!
