Working in the EADS recruitment centre in Toulouse, I am responsible for methods to proactively source candidates and knowledge within the global sourcing team. I was part of a team that deals with recruitment within the Call Centre and Languages sector. The team provides first-class service and has built up excellent day-to-day relations with Scotland's largest multilingual outsourcing organisations.

Sykes is a global outsourcing centre that works on behalf of large blue chip organisations. As a team leader I managed, coached and monitored two multilingual teams of Customer Service Agents. I also established and maintained daily relationships with the client Procter and Gamble and Procter and Gamble Professional and ensured client satisfaction on quality and service levels. Also responsible for the recruitment for the two teams.
