Each subsystem of a velomobile such as front suspension, rear suspension and steering system was modeled at template level in Adams/Car and then the full-vehicle assembly was created in order to simulate the vehicle dynamics, especially focused on dynamic rollover analysis. A mathematical model was also created in Matlab and the results were compared.

Worked as a responsible of TOFAŞ/FIAT products (Doblò, New Doblò & Fiorino) and the main tasks of this position were as follows: - Design Change Management, - Data and Drawings Management, - Design improvements and cost reduction studies, - Attending Teardown activities in Fiat,Turkey.

- checking,correcting and creating the BOMs of Passenger, Driver, Off-road and Train seats in SAP, - preparing users' manuals, maintenance catalogs for train seats in English and Turkish, - creating new sets for BMC buses and spare parts for the bus seats of BMC, Ducato and Karsan in SAP. Additional duties were: - drawing parts and products for bus passenger seats on Catia V5R19 (with SmarTeam), - converting old AutoCAD and Euclid parts to Catia parts.

Experience in "Changing & Ratio Management" Department for 7 months as long time trainee between the dates 12.2009 and 06.2010. During that time, trainee was about studying technical side of improvement suggestions like cost reduction, processes improvement & procedures.
