Managed and controlled an annual expense budget of approximately US$62MM. Created robust financial & actuarial models, which monitored and analyzed expense execution and resulted on educated advice of the expense distribution based on business priorities. Provided support to all business areas on operating expenses and head count reporting, budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing activities.

Management of an equity portfolio of 15 retail centers around Mexico, including risk analysis, financial analysis, marketing analysis, occupancy studies. Developed financial models to assist managers on taking well informed and better decisions. Researched and observed market evolutions such as market rents, cap rates, key players, trends, etc. for the on-going valuations. Created tools to measure and track portfolio performance. Prepared portfolio reviews, forecast and planning for the portfolio.

Designed and obtained approval for a business plan in order to introduce microfinance products to the company´s portfolio. Created an actuarial model to determine the best lending conditions for microcredit individual products. Developed and instructed financial courses for micro entrepreneurs. Assessed the credit capacity and risk exposure of each client. Responsible for reporting to the IFC and the Inter-American Development Bank. Named secretary of the Board of Directors and Executive Committees.

Prepared sales monthly and annual forecasting of corporate accounts with participation in all strategic meetings. Reconciled financial reports and financial analysis for corporate accounts. Programmed a Sharepoint for the Finance Area that served as an internal communication tool. Participated on different internal initiatives, which consisted on solving distinct business cases aiming to improve specific KPIs of the company.
