I have done a class on cultural differences for Ernst & Young for a consultant who was being transfered to Munich, Germany. I have tutored languages in person and online in German and in English.

Site enabled faster and more accurate decision making in areas of cost savings, physician allocations, bonus distribution and efficiency and increased patient satisfaction, retention and subscriber growth. Development of Intranet (site expanded to over 8,000 pages) enabled more timely management actions, leading to recent corporate recognition as one of top ten HMOs in U.S. by NCQA, highest recognition in company history. Coordinated components with various sources which adhered to national web standards.

As liaison for interaction between client and corporate software development staff, researched new technologies, developed and presented prototypes and convinced client’s Change Management Control Board to adopt innovative technologies resulting in web site growth from zero to 30,000 pages. By demonstrating strong communications and influencing abilities, effectively managed client's Internet project from inception to current state. Continually added updated documentation and interactive applications.
