A lot of work has been devoted to the development of tandem reactions. A new reactivity could be generated in a molecule thanks to an isomerisation (or migration) reaction of an alkene. This reaction often needs an hydride specie which comes from a transition metal catalyst. This PhD thesis is about the development of new tandem reactions in which at least one step is an isomerisation of an olefin.
