My core responsibility is to assure the quality of development of embedded systems within the PowerTrain division for German customers. To develope internal procedures to support cross project teams to comply with SPICE and ISO26262 standards.

Developing Web based service prototype targeting final user and supermarket chains worldwide. Current prototype is on development, C phase.

Responsible to drive the needed improvements in QA department to guarantee the quality assurance of development activities in compliance with Automotive SPICE. I am also co-responsible to provide audit, training and mentoring for all development disciplines (Project Management, System, Test, and Manufacturing Engineering).

My main responsibility was to assure the quality of development, deployment and production of sensing systems for the automotive industry, as part of a development team for 15 specific automotive customers within GM, Ford and Fiat groups. I was also team member of three running improvement projects. As feedback for my efforts in the company I am known for reaching goals and building an environment of trust and team work among customers, managers and co-workers.

• Development of tools in visual basic and through database management to automate previous manual processes within the Transfer Agent Department. • 5S implementation and general processes improvement.
