I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Krembil Family Epigenetics Laboratory under the direction of Dr. Arturas Petronis. We developed a method for genome wide epigenetic profiling of tumor circulating DNA in plasma samples from cancer patients. We successfully applied this technology for the discovery of low-invasive diagnostic, predictive and prognostic biomarkers for diagnosis of Prostate and Colorectal Cancer.
