Supported and improved operations of highly integrated assembly lines at Siemens modern cell phone production factory. This included the production of printed circuit boards and the manual repair of defective cellular phones and wireless modules. Played major role in the introduction of lead free production and repair. Developed and implemented an RFID tracking system for tools used in the assembly line.

Supported and directed IT Technicians and ATM Service Personnel. Worked closely with customers to solve their IT issues through phone service and utilizing an issue tracking software.

Performed IT and networking administrative tasks throughout Germany (on behalf of Hewlett Packard, Siemens, etc.). Installed and configured workstations, servers and network printers for Audi, Alcatel, Deutsche Bank and other large and smaller sized firms.

Tasked to write an engineering thesis and to develop a device to continuously measure and compile data of multiple passive fiber optical components during long term component aging. Determined solutions for linear and non-linear effects of Lasers and Super-LEDs. Successfully finalized development and fabrication of the fiber optical measuring table which was considered a mile-stone in the industry at the time. Product was patented later on and engineering thesis was graded as "excellent".

Internship to support development and testing of a new fiber optical transmission product for use in next-generation internet back-bone applications. Lead a three week test at a testing lab in Atlanta, GA. Designed and and built a testing adapter to connect control modules to a PC.

Manufactured and repaired cellular and commercial phones and assisted in improving assembly line efficiency. Determined methods to identify and repair defective components utilizing tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and digital multi-meters.
