As the Founder of FIVSEN, I am responsible for leading the development and growth of our company, which specializes in creating personalized multi-sensory experiences to enhance well-being. I use my expertise in innovation, R&D and strategic planning and execution to drive the creation of cutting-edge solutions that focus on improving people's well-being.

For this role, I managed the technology exploration strategy to evaluate the technical relevance of Asian and European universities. I investigated and developed business cases demonstrating the financial, competitive, and market status of regional venture capital (VC), technology start-up, and government opportunities. I administered the 1.5M€+ annual operating budget, identified innovation outreach promotional events, and championed future-impacting concepts for corporate and subsidiary initiatives.

During my tenure in this position, I designed and led the strategic overview of technology mining sources such as businesses, governments, institutions, inventors, R&D organizations, and Asian and European universities to identify technologies of interest based on corporate requirements. I coordinated communications to ensure the developmental awareness within the organization. I assessed the competitive position, intellectual property status, feasibility, and manufacturability.

I supported the EVP and CSO functionally in development of corporate strategy for 2020. I identified 10 strategic headlines including the projected corporate vision and mission, analyses of the ratings for the future product portfolio as well as competitors and customers, and defining of the global products, services, and prices. I defined the global 2020 sales goals, evaluated merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities, managed strategic alliances, and negotiated international trade agreements.

While in this role, I prepared customer offers and quotes and explored products, projects, and markets to provide functional support for numerous initiatives. I organized and moderated Steyr project reviews and Board meetings and compiled meeting reports. Designed and presented high-level reports supporting decision making related to composite lightweight structural concept.

For this position, I delivered functional support across multiple projects by scheduling and organizing meetings and VIP visits, conducting research into markets as well as projects and programs, and creating task force presentations for executive-level decisions. Orchestrated Magna Steyr Board review and project review meetings and crafted Board meeting reports.

While in this role, I collaborated with the Department Manager and liaised with local Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the development of an intercultural Body and Trim Department team. Delivered the functional launch and final phase support to local teams and ensured adherence to concept specifications

Following my relocation to China, I was assigned to these two consecutive positions. For both roles, I designed Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) procedures, created concepts, presented decision guidelines, communicated package investigation data to customers, and developed program documentation. I guided five to 15-member intercultural teams and administered annual budgets of as much as 1.5M€.

For this initial short-term role with MAGNA Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik Graz, I designed FMEA procedures, developed concepts, created decision presentations, and partnered with customers for communications related to package investigations. I led a five-member intercultural team.
