Dafür verwende ich KI-Strategie-Frameworks, um das Potenzial von KI-Produktideen zu identifizieren. Ich verwalte das KI-Produktportfolio und organisiere KI-Design-Sprints, um KI-Prototypen zu entwickeln. Ich erstelle Business Cases, damit wir effektive und innovative KI-Geschäftslösungen entwickeln.

Als einer der ersten KI für Business-Lehrer bei Udemy, befähige ich deutschsprachige KI-Enthusiasten und Führungskräfte in jetzt mit Künstlicher Intelligenz zu starten. In wenigen Minuten helfe ich meinen Studenten KI-Projekte ohne technische Ausbildung umzusetzen, systematisch KI-Anwendungsfälle im Unternehmen zu finden und bewerten zu können und KI-Strategien zu planen, um Investoren, Vorstandsmitglieder oder andere Stakeholder für den Start mit KI zu gewinnen.
