- Currently Supply chain delivery for domains in Source to Pay, Supply chain & Master Data Management - Managing end-to-end process in Source to Pay - Buying (RFQ Process & PR to PO), Expediting, Invoice Audit - Demand & Supply, Inventory planning for different businesses - Import& Export documentation Preparation and Freight Invoice Audit, - Creation & Maintenance of all Masters in MDM(Vendor, Customer, Product, Price& Equipment) - Achieving/Exceeding KPI/SLA for the processes as agreed in MSA/SOW

- Demand planning of customers based on Customer forecast /Demand Trend. - Procurement of Direct and Indirect Material across Global suppliers - Supply and Inventory planning - Matching Demand against supply to ensure a smooth production plan. - Sales, Inventory and Operation planning for all plants.(SIOP) – To ensure plants are loaded for Short & Long Term. - Warehouse management - All Inbound and Outbound Operations from receiving GRN till Dispatch Invoicing. - Order fulfillment & Customer Service

Demand Planning: Responsible for India and ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia etc…) Supply and Inventory Planning Procurement & Scheduling Order Fulfillment & Shipment Planning: Customer Service across the Globe & On time Delivery Warehouse Operations

- Demand planning of Laptops based on online hits/Market requirements. - Procurement of Material across suppliers for ATO shiftwise. - Supplier Scheduling for Material planning for Firm and Long range forecast. - Just Needed Inventory being planned based on the Demand Plan to have a lean Inventory model. - Maintaining Trends of KPI’s and flag variances for root cause identification. - Work across functions to conduct SIOP meeting for Capacity determination.

- Interacting with the Demand Planning leaders. - Generation of base forecast for the entire product portfolio. - Finalization based on market intelligence from the account managers - Presenting in the Demand Planning meeting to match with the supply. (SIOP) - Maintaining inventory, safety stock levels to avoid stock outs. - Providing quarterly financial provisions for excess and obsolete parts. - Tracking of forecast accuracy/Stock Outs/Inventory Turns using KPI Indicators.
