• Isolation of issue whether circuit down / bounced / interface errors, etc., and interpreting relevant logs in the ticket. • Interact with carriers (ISP), reporting Network alert, raise the repair ticket. • Investigate root cause analysis of incidents & provide mitigation solutions • Maximizing Network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting, network problems and outages and collaborating with network architects on network optimization

• Setting up the process for attending to the support request from users • Laying down the network design for the premises and recommending the required equipment • Getting the issues resolved within SLA and escalating the problems • Securing the mail servers,desktops from security threats by installing firewalls and vendor specific security application. • Getting desktops assembled, operating systems & other applications installed • Preparing weekend reports for the whole department
