• Developing Project Plans. • Technical evaluation of the suppliers’ offers. • Preparing requests of discrepancies. • Management of Erection contractors. • Preparation of sketches and studies of installation sequences. • Assisting claim activities. • Planning and supervising steel structure installation (22.000 tons). • Supervising installation of Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), overhead cranes, fume treatment plant and DIR Furnace.

• As founder and a design engineer, my team and I developed several new mechanisms and equipment for Pelletizing and Steel making Plant such as green pellet crusher and removable canopy hood using Solidworks.

Commissioning and operation: including overseeing the installation and inspecting of various equipment. Maintenance and repair: Managed the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, such as rotary kiln, balling disks and Rotary equipment. Leadership and Training: Supervised the mechanical team and worked under international companies supervision (Kobe steel Japan, ABB, Taim TFG, FLSmidth). Implementation of Total productive maintenance (TPM): Introduced and implemented TPM within the organization.

• Designing and Fabricating new fixtures, tools and mechanisms for production line using AutoCAD Mechanical. • A member of Technical office, Payandan Steel Structure Manufacturing Co. (subsidiary of KAI) that manufactured Steel Structure for KAI Holding.

• Rotary equipment routine inspection in Hot Air plant such as hot air compressor and blower fans. Education and Training
