Head of Engineering department – Mansour Abad Oilfield development Project - Lead a multidisciplinary team of 40+ engineers including 15 in-house personnel and additional in consultant company, ensuring coordination all aspects of project engineering -Supervised the design and engineering of surface facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Senior Mechanic Eng. - Rotating equipment , HVAC - offshore project To review & comment on design documents (surface facility), To attend during acceptance of all test (SAT, FAT) , pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and sign related document, responsible to deliver systems to end customer, 6 months operation (South Pars Oil Layer Topside SPOL &FPSO CYRUS) ; -Pioneering Initiative: Contributed to the supervising of design and construction of the country’s first FPSO(CYRUS) unit

Engineering & Construction Department

Human resource planning and Training - Coordination to produce e-learning courses - Establish E-learning center (LMS) to provide a robust foundation for company’s training and development needs. After analysis of some LMS, we used MOODEL platform and customized it to fit our needs. - Related responsibilities such as developing and managing the human resource training plan and budget on an annual basis , etc.

Coordination between Technical partner (TAKATA) and OEM to develop airbag for passenger vehicles. Responsible for project progress. It was the first time which Iranian produced passenger cars equipped with airbag.

Site erection(about 50,000 SQ M) -Press lines installation(Four press lines consist of 17 mechanical presses) -Automation system installation -Total investment about 40 million USD _production G3&G4 parts
