Identify deficits in the existing system using GAP Analysis, improve and implement Technical Support System for snags Develop Snag Reporting Systems and process for the Support Operations. Establish Snag resolving flow process by planning and prioritizing critical issues Develop Document & Content Management System for each client. Coordinate with a team to define KPI’s of Cost, Quality & Schedule. Monitor and Evaluate the actions at various stages of the Technical Support process

Provide technical service and equipment technology expertise recommending best value Develop packaging specifications, analyse engineering drawings, coordinate new packaging material line trials and conduct quality assessments. Continuously evaluate machinery, equipment & system performance to resolve issues Effective communication with global counterparts, vendors and across departments for smooth process flow and delivery on time
