UNIX system administrator for physical and virtual environments. Giving support to IBM on Power infrastructure among with servers built in AIX, SLES and vHANA. Part of my activities are also focused in VMware servers built in SUSE and Ubuntu. During the past 5 years I have been performing vHMC, VIOs, AIX, SLES, Ubuntu installations and upgrades under or private cloud environment. Working on customer daily basis requests and operations for EU. Actively working in our internal global projects.

OSX administrator for SUSE, SUSE for SAP HANA, AIX and HP-UX OS, with knowledge in virtual environments. Giving daily support for our internal SAP Basis teams and also customers in US and MX. Some of the activities that I perform are: Virtual server installations, HANA installations, OS upgrades, TSM client install/upgrades, backups support, internal projects and daily basis operations.

 Linux administrator (Red Hat and SUSE) for virtual environments (ESX). Where I maintain and improve the whole UNIX/Linux infrastructure making it 100% available, register each one the servers in the configuration management database, giving support to the different application groups and our customers. Some of the activities that I perform are: New server installations, Kernel upgrades, OS upgrades, Server tuning, Users support.

-SAP Basis, WMware vSphere, Active Directory, Linux, Solaris, Windows OS 1st. Level support. -Job Management Team Leader - Monitoring, scheduling and restore of backups: Netbackup, Legato, V-Ranger and Avamar. -Monitoring of oracle and SQL DB -Monitoring of Linux, Solaris and Windows environments. -Productive Batch Job Scheduling: SAP Scheduler (SM37), Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS), AUTOSYS (UNIX), APPWORX and Control-M) for international and local accounts. -Life cycle for ticketing tools.
