At Atom, Ricardo assumes the leadership of the UX team and drives all aspects of UX development. He manages diverse UX applications throughout their lifecycle, skillfully aligning business expectations with project outcomes and effectively meeting stakeholder needs. This involves not only meticulous planning and estimation, but also active hands-on development work alongside his team, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures successful results.

At SAP, Ricardo was responsible for developing custom applications and streamlining the development process to meet tight client deadlines for Go Live. He played a key role in developing several custom applications that were critical components of the current project delivery. Ricardo's expertise in UX development and his ability to work efficiently under pressure enabled him to deliver high-quality solutions that met the needs of the project stakeholders.

At ASDA, Ricardo was brought on board to develop SAP Fiori applications tailored to the specific needs of clients. From the start of the project, Ricardo has demonstrated his expertise by developing three new SAP UI5 custom applications and updating several legacy applications to accommodate new business requirements.

At Bridgestone, Ricardo was hired to manage a team of SAP Fiori developers and handle all Fiori-related issues on a greenfield implementation project for S/4HANA. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Ricardo also demonstrated his deep technical expertise by developing two SAP UI5 custom applications that are integral to Bridgestone's core business.

At Novartis, Ricardo was hired as an SAPUI5 Senior Developer to lead the development of custom applications that would support the company's business needs. His primary focus was on developing the Sales Referral app, which involved working closely with the business to understand their requirements and developing a solution that met their needs. Over time, Ricardo's role expanded to include participation in design workshops to improve the overall user experience of the applications.

As the primary frontend developer for a Greenfield S/4HANA implementation project, Ricardo was responsible for developing custom frontend solutions. Midway through the project, Compass pivoted its frontend development strategy and transitioned from SAP technology to React.js. Ricardo was instrumental in leading the conversion of all previously-built applications to React, gaining expertise and experience in React development over the course of a year.

Worked as Analyst in Deloitte Consulting. He was a member of the team responsible for the Migration process (ETL - Extraction, Transformation, Load). He was involved on a major project of core implementation on a portuguese insurance company. During the project he worked the following technologies: - SQL Developer - PL/SQL - Java - TIA

Worked on the lab fo Riesgos ALM on ISBAN-ES, toked part on a group of projects that where developed using Banksphere Platform Was involved on the project on the project almost since is beginning and toked part of all the project phases (from definition of requirements to deployment). During the project he worked the following technologies: - Rational Rose - HOST - BankSphere Platform - Java - SQL - Hada - Vega Modeler - Vega - Mira - Powercenter - Deneb.

During the two years I worked on education I had the opportunity to teach software development. All the experience acquired while a teacher has allowed me to develop my ability in terms of management of people and groups. I had dealt with people of various beliefs, ethnic groups and social status, with that I had to adapt myself, the classes and the whole teaching process to the target group, finding ways to motivate them to learn.
