Led the ground-up architecture and rebuild of the company's core platform — system integrations, data flows, and cloud infrastructure, from scratch. Migrated off a legacy WordPress VM to Azure-native architecture, cutting hosting costs while supporting thousands of concurrent users. Built on .NET Core, React, and TypeScript, with a hand-optimized Azure SQL data layer. Owned the full DevOps lifecycle and shipped two production AI services using LLMs, RAG, and Azure AI Foundry.

Founded and led InterDev Cloud Computing, architecting and sustaining two enterprise systems on Microsoft Azure/.NET as overall technical lead. HMS: High-pressure hose lifecycle management for Oil & Gas since 2015 — became a market standard among Petrobras suppliers, reducing risk. Harmony With Nature: UN knowledge-sharing platform since 2016, enabling recognized experts to share knowledge on human-nature relationships (Rights of Nature).

Participated in the full software development lifecycle — requirements through deployment — for applications used nationwide across the Brazilian Federal Court system. Collaborated with analysts, project teams, and business users to deliver reliable, secure, maintainable systems supporting judicial and administrative operations.
