Create and maintain test artifacts for S.I.T., adopt customer solutions Platform tests, through automation tools. Collect metrics and KPIs for investigating weak areas of code and main software components offenders raised by customers' defects. Stakeholders: Devs, POs, PMs, TWs, Solutions, Support. TeamHead & TechLead for Test&Quality / Automation / DevOps&Release Engineers.

- Responsible for testing of one of the major 3 Residential Gateways Projects and of one Small-Business Gateway Project of ADBB - Manage the testing activities and the resources, to respect the planning of customer deliveries - Single Point of contact for the customer - Person on site for customer support - Involved in specification discussion - Interface with suppliers for HW and SW issues
