Supporting South-South Cooperation within the Brazilian Cooperation Agency - ABC (Africa Department). I coordinate brazilian bilateral technical cooperation with Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania, Palestine and Tunisia, as well as with Cotton- 4 African countries (Mali, Benin, Burkina Faso and Tchad). I work with African governements and civil society organizations as well as with brazilian public institutions.
