Dipl.-Ing. Richard Damoser

I am leading the team of Cloud Services Architecture team, which is a group of highly skilled cloud architects. Primarily, the team focuses on designing cloud service offerings for most strategic cloud service provider partners to VMware. Secondly, they are focusing on providing skills to the wider vCloud Air Network community. Most of the team members are VCDX, some of them even double VCDX certified.

I am program managing focus partners within vCloud Air Network partner program. Responsibilities include developing product and GTM strategy as well as executing strategy against plan closely measuring success against mutually defined KPIs. Products either are any partner cloud based offerings or reselling vCloud Air based offerings.

With over 15 years of technical IT experience I am now working with global service providers to jointly develop solutions and bring these successful to the market. In the recent past I was leading joint solution design during a joint venture creation.

Supporting global system integrators and outsources in designing technical solutions, education programs and service delivery. Additionally, I am part of the team working with the VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) track defining new specification and attending defense panels.

I am responsible helping customers build succesful solutions based on our virtualizaiton software. Project size is small to large scale with over 150 hosts and thousands of Virtual Machines.
