Responsible for the Electrical & Electronical subsystem of a vehicle Project - China

To coordinate on PSA side the activities to connect electrical and electronical R&D process with GM's one in the framework on the cooperation within the 2 companies

Purpose : to drive electronic functions design work of international derivatives of Citroën C4, DS4 et DS5 ** Means : resources allocated through the Work Breakdown Structure in France and in foreign Business Unit (for each project, about 3 to 5 full-time equivalent distributed among 5 teams during 3 years), CAD tools, internal process. ** Achievement : - negotiated resource assessments ; delay respected, technical solution designed to fit local requirements - jobshare with Chinese B.U.

Purpose : to ensure the reach of cost/quality/delay/performance objectives on E/E perimeter ** Means : management of 6 to 8 technicians & engineers in Argentina &, Brazil, internal processes for supplier qualification, planning/resources monitoring ** Achievement : - qualification of a new electric harness supplier - quality objectives reached on time, - successful leadership of a task force that released engine-to-car adaptation projects - set up of a management mode based on LEAN ENGINEERING principle

Purpose : to provide support to the factory for default analysis & parts evolution launch *Means : management of a team of 5 to 8 Slovakian technicians, appeals to French network ** Achievement : - contribution to the stabilization above the objective of a main quality indicator - co-organization of a task force: upgrade software and release 2000 cars in less than 10 hours (value of the immobilized stock > 30 M€) - successful deployment of team management mode based on LEAN ENGINEERING principles

Various assignments (France & Brazil) Development of "hardware in the loop" test bench - Support as an expert on engine electronic control in a factory.
