Responsible for 18 staff delivering engineering and operational support of data centre, DMZ & client infrastructure & application environments, and their interfaces into other cloud based services. All functions ISO 27001 certified.

Technology management consultant role within Global Corporate IT, with responsibility for Solution Delivery functions delivering Policy and Claims core application enhancements for standalone countries, as well as project management in the Major Projects team for Global Corporate in Europe.

Architecture and program management role within the IT Services group; replaced core network infrastructure and designed & delivered a new Disaster Recovery Data Centre utilising Dark Fibre, Cisco Nexus, Cisco UCS, Palo Alto, VMware and NetApp (with MetroCluster) storage infrastructure. Implemented Disaster Recovery strategy from a business, application and process perspective.

A member of the country franchise leadership team responsible for 250 operations and technology staff and building strong cross-functional partnerships with the broader operations and technology areas, both within Ireland and internationally, in a matrix environment. Core focus on identifying opportunities and developing strategies to enhance efficiency, create synergies and coordinate all operations and technology activities from a country perspective.

Directed up to 42 staff delivering 24x7 support services for Ireland and Jersey Citi locations supporting a wide range of internal businesses. The Dublin team also provisioned desktop and server support for Nordics and Netherlands staff (3,700 desktops and 270 servers in total) and voice support for 23,000 extensions in London, Belfast, France and the Nordics. Responsible for strategy to support business growth and service delivery expectations, while ensuring the financial budget was managed efficiently.
