As Research Analyst for Grace-Advisory, Richard is in charge of analyzing potential buyers and sellers, industry research, and financial and competitive comparison. He creates powerful presentations utilizing Excel and Powerpoint.

In 2012 Richard fulfilled the duties of Business Expansion Manager during the short term contract he was under. He was personally engaged in market research and the development of marketing materials to expand DKSH's business throughout Pac-Asia. This was highly dependent upon his acute business acumen and poignant writing style.

The working language at Leoch International was predominantly Mandarin which Richard was encouraged to speak while engaging in his daily responsibilities. These including meeting with analysts, writing sections of the semi-annual report, creating analyst presentations, drafting JV Agreements and other legally bonding contracts, market research, translation, editing, and other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

While employed at TPS, Richards responsibilities included creating lesson plans, developing and executing a curriculum for each individual class, maintaining contact with clients and their guardians, as well as organizing events to increase the notoriety of the company.
