Worked on various contracts for several clients, with projects ranging from clustering solutions for distributed web crawler and indexing network to content management and delivery platform for Mobile Internet, with a sustained focus on pushing AJAX technology and working on new paradigms for web applications

I joined Monster as a developer in August 2005 and since then have been elevated through team leader to manager. My team is responsible for maintaining and extending Monster's college/campus recruitment related sites on a technical level. Our core technologies are UNIX/Linux with Perl and Apache backed by an Oracle DB. Besides being very much hands on with the development, I also designed the architecture and manage deployment and quality assurance processes and recruitment

Joined Surrey Technologies as one of the founding members. The company managed to secure venture capital with the aim of deploying a booking engine and inventory management system for small to medium hotels in the U.K. This was one of the first AJAX applications on the market (before the term AJAX was coined). My roles included managing a team of developers, graphic and corporate image design, liaising with clients and investors, recruitment and actual software development.
