• Developed product concept, business plan, strategy for ZenDay (available on iOS and Android) • Assembled technical and marketing team (France & USA), strategic advisory board, partner network • In 2013, launched ZenDay, raised Angel funding, signed contracts with Samsung Mobile Korea & France • Led ZenDay to be featured on Google Play, Apple’s App Store; “Best App for Everyday Life” (Google India)

Recruited and Managed the team, Oversaw day-to-day operations and events organization. Non-Profit organization regrouping 1200 small, medium and large businesses supporting the Annecy 2018 bid to organize the Olympic Winter Games.

Managed the R&D team (HW, SW), Project portfolio and development processes. Managed the Operations team and the NPI projects.

• Responsible for the entire development program of the Treo Pro - Windows Mobile UMTS smartphone ($8 million budget) • Leads all core and supporting functions worldwide; present formal checkpoints and regular status to Executives • In 2007, successfully delivered the fastest development program at Palm for the Treo 500v Before that, held several program management roles in Manufacturing and Operations.
