Responsible for developing, selling and delivering outsourcing and consulting services with an annual revenue target of €30m to the UK market. I manage a team of product managers that pull together the developed services and push out through the organisation to customers.

As Global Solutions Manager for the IT Performance Management product portfolio I was responsible for expanding the software footprint of the SAS BI products in existing and new accounts throughout the globe. For this I performed the management of a number of high profile BI customer projects.

I spearheaded the international business growth of the IT Performance management and Data warehousing software business areas to over €60 million annually (+400%). During my time in this period of SAS I oversaw and drove a great deal of projects and played differing roles in each one of them.

In this role the business area that I was responsible for was very much in ‘start-up’ mode so I had to lead as an evangelist for the whole area involving myself in all aspects of customer engagements around pre-post sales and BI consulting roles.

My role at Legent involved pre and post sales based responsibilities supporting sales, implementing and maintaining a SAS based EIS and MIS software product range at customer sites.

Implemented a SAS based Global IT Cost recovery and Capacity Management system into the bank across Europe, Middle East and Far East.

Implement a Capacity planning environment across the IBM Mainframe environment. IBM VM Systems programming supporting all users.
