As a senior lecturer (equivalent to Professor) I engage in teaching entrepreneurship and innovation management to undergraduates and postgraduates. I also conduct research and consultancy into spin-outs from multinationals, entrepreneurial behaviour and innovation management

Working with multinational clients to develop out-sourced graduate recruitment presence, including online recruitment systems & websites, as a key member of a high-growth e-business during it's transition to listing on the stock market (AIM).

Responsible for all campus marketing to promote a student jobsite, training and managing 20 campus ambassadors, developing and running international recruitment campaigns for multinational corporations, conducting national research projects for clients.

Marketing intern as part of Masters in Entrepreneurial Studies for a high-growth potential e-business, assisting with developing strategy and providing operational support for national marketing campaigns.
