Planning and implementing of a number of greenfield Train Mobile Communications Base Stations for the Melbourne Regional Rail Project. Working in the Rail Corridor, site establishment, tower and equipment shelter provisioning, subcontractor management, operated within railway operational restrictions and guidelines, tight project management process.

Planning, coordination, management of field teams swapping obsolete Ericsson BTS equipment for new generation Huawei 2G & 3G (U850, G900, U900, G1800, U2100) equipment in city and country areas. Managing logistics, resourcing, OH&S, installation, commissioning, recovery, documentation and handover of completed BTS systems & documentation, business & team development. Managing contractual, commercial, financial, Project Plans, Risk Analysis, implementation schedules, cost control, QA, QC.

Responsible for identifying business oportunities for the company which is involved in provision of niche Communications Infrastructure Services. Participating and following up Tenders and RFPs in Telecoms, Fibre Design and Installation, Mobile System Design, supply of antenna support poles and provision of Project Management Services.

Project Management of Deployment of a city wide high capacity transmission network, installation and swapout of mobile BTS, Deployment of MW repeater systems and BTS on mountain tops in PNG Higlands.
