Responsible to steer the root cause analysis process with an immediate containment (Customer protection) Determine within the process chain the proper solution and steer the implementation with all included process partners like purchasing, logistics, supplier quality and assembly.

At Porsche development center Weissach, Germany for Bertrandt Designed Fuel system in super sport hybrid car. Fueltank design as well as line routing from fueltank to engine. Worked close with suppliers to steer the proper implementation of changes and ensure the quality meet the standards from the early development phase to pre-Series production. Design work has been done with CATIA V5.

At Mercedes R&D Department, Stuttgart, Germany for Ingenieuerteam GmbH Responsibilities included design of Fuel tanks for heavy duty Trucks in the early development phase. Preparation of the Release to ensure the proper relationship between Fuel tank variant and other option. Work with suppliers to steer Design changes to meet all required target such as Cost and Timing for implementation
