Key responsibilities: • Manage the release, quality and defect processes for the YouView Software and the overall quality of the Humax YouView integration • Manage a department of up to 55 people split around 50/50 between manual testing and test execution and automation development Key achievements: • Deliver on time the major UI refactor (15 months program involving the whole company and 2 manufacturers) • Launch 3 new STBs and 1 new TV platform • Deliver a new test automation solution

Adobe Recommendations, Merchandising, Test and Target and 1:1 products Responsibilities: • Establish predictive and visible test processes for all the products • Manage the release, quality and defect processes for the above products • Manage a distributed team of 8 people over 4 locations • Design and implement: - the test automation strategy - the load and stress testing strategy • Design, implement and lead the continuous integration strategy
