PCB Design

At IPCS, I honed PLC programming and automation expertise across Allen-Bradley RSLogix 500, Siemens TIA Portal, Delta WPLSoft, Omron CX-Programmer7, and Schneider SoMachine. I engineered control logic, configured Delta VFDs, and implemented HMI/SCADA interfaces using Schneider InTouch and Delta HMI. Additionally, I designed and wired control panels, seamlessly integrating hardware and software for robust, end-to-end industrial automation.

Engineered LabVIEW-based user interfaces for secure, high-precision data acquisition. Hardware, Firmware integration and validation to test protocols and verify end-to-end module functionality. Performed comprehensive sensor validation—calibrating and characterizing transducer response curves to guarantee measurement accuracy. Assisted in module assembly and integration, ensuring adherence to design specifications and facilitating rapid iteration.

Designed and optimized indigenous sensor circuits in CADSTAR, executing schematic capture, multi-layer PCB layout, and precision routing. Performed comprehensive design-rule checks and resolved signal-integrity and layout issues to maximize sensor performance. Fabricated, assembled, and calibrated prototype sensors, conducting end-to-end functional testing to validate reliability. Executed quality-control inspections at each stage, ensuring all modules met stringent performance and durability standards.

Monitored and evaluated operations across the crusher, vertical roller mill, kiln, coal mill, and cement mill to ensure adherence to production targets and safety standards. Recorded, analyzed, and interpreted process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate), identifying opportunities to enhance energy efficiency and material throughput. Operated the SCADA control console to track real-time performance metrics, troubleshoot anomalies, and execute corrective actions.
