Work with the customer to determine requirements and preparation of scope of work of the project. Development of design assignment for the purpose of selection of contractor. Contractors selection by organization open procurement procedure. I have to consider the nature of the project and the results of previously conducted procurements. Organization and control of project development. At this time, under my leadership, implemented 9 projects and currently 10.

1. Control Design for Saratovsko-Berkutovskay group of gas-condensate fields 2. Trebs and Titov oil field construction

First stage of Trebs and Titov oil field construction. Interaction between contractors and the client (Bashneft-Polus Ltd.). We had 5 contractors at different area in project and first task was a build effective work with each other. Gathering initial data and technical conditions, controlling the work schedule and assisting project teams.

The main activity of department was a research of oil rheology, reagent selection for improving oil properties (paraffin inhibitor, depressant, etc), solving the problems of transporting high viscosity oil, increasing of energy efficiency.

Solving problems for thermo/hydraulics calculations of oil transportation through main pipelines. Calculation of max flow rate, operating pressure, properties of oil to the end point.
