Led software development initiative as a subject-matter expert and primary point-of-contact for project management staff. Been part of the team to implement the project from scratch, by designing the architecture, database design, and creating the SDLC through various discussions. Introduced agile methodologies and development best practices to the division to enhance product development, which increased productivity by 20%.

Worked on replacing Web SQL with IndexedDB, in a live project, within the duration of 3 months, since Web SQL was about to deprecate. Got experience in working on VB.Net-based projects. Created algorithm for plotting sketches of land and property assets. Later promoted as Support Team Lead to manage the team on fixing reported errors and bugs on newly released software and assisted in the deployment of release fixes.
