I worked on different divisions of responsibility; technical support to promotional sections and providing ideas to improve and grow the business. I was researching on product improvement and its technical benefits. I was engaged in business focused projects; research on marketing strategy and promotional materials. I was supporting with the online training and its promotion.

I was managing and organizing various events such as Waste International Meeting, Graduation Party, Welcoming Event etc. I was involved in interpersonal activities such as responding to emails with queries and answering and coordinating student’s issue with course director and manager. I updated database, and managed filing and organization of new admitted students and graduating students.

• Assisting in District Capacity Building Training for Recovery and Resilience held in Sindhupalchok and Gorkha for district NGOs and INGOs staff. • Management of Training Session and preparation of training aid materials for classes conducted. • Assist senior trainers—national and international—for preparation of session plan and orientation program.

• Determine project goals by studying architectural design, customer re-quirements, and performance standards • Preparation of Project Schedule by analyzing project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements. • Supervision of Site mostly focused on interior, by managing, evaluating and directing to quality construction. • Maintaining and controlling project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes

I worked as assistant trainer in BBSSA (Build Back Safer Shelter Awareness) conducted for IOM employee (International Organization of Migration) in Sindhupalchowk. I facilitated few sessions and assisted senior trainers for preparation of session plan and orientation program.

As a volunteer, I worked as site scout and site manager for building temporary latrine pit in Kathmandu valley, Dhading and Gorkha districts in a WASH Emergency Program. I accessed the community for WASH needs and compile rapid assessment report for WASH advisor and WASH technical team for program planning. I coordinated the hygiene distribution program in the community.

Thesis: Preliminary design of Small Scale Hydro Power Project (Namarjung Madi Hydropower Project) Reconnaissance of site in Sikles, Pokhara and preparation of a pre-feasibility report of project with design of all hydro power components and estimation of project cost.
