Conduct highly interactive and experiential training for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and Step II courses for international trainers. Course segments include basic psychometrics, type theory, Carl Jung's theory of psychological types, instrument construction, and temperament theory. This train-the-trainer instruction concludes with a final participant exam in order to become qualified by the MBTI publisher, Consulting Psychologist Press.

Direct the development of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Internet-based training (IBT), computer based (CBT), Interactive Video (IAV), CDROM and satellite training projects. Manage the activities of a 160+ organization; oversee daily operations for an 11.5M contract; use Instructional Systems Design (ISD) to coordinate, develop and deliver training programs to 7000+ employees; script-writer, web designer and on-screen talent for satellite, CDROM and video programs.

Manage multimedia technical training projects, facilities, personnel and course curriculum. Author of training plans for proposal efforts; designed and taught satellite conferencing network operations course; designed and taught Sun Hardware Maintenance training course; Team Leader for X.25 to TCP/IP upgrade; developed Configuration Management video courses; script-writer and on-screen talent for 20+ video courses; course tester and product evaluator.

Designed and promoted a private network system between 400 national franchise computer centers and Corporate headquarters called the Entre' Central Network. Managed and promoted a fee-based Technical Support Program for the franchisees; performed course evaluations; conducted stand-up training, in-house seminars and nationwide field training to promote the franchise programs and services; interviewed, hired and trained new corporate staff.

Provided on-site and stand-up training and course evaluations for national end-users. Evaluated, tested and documented programs and product upgrades; worked as a Help Desk specialist. Trained dealer and distributor personnel in New England how to use General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/ Payable, Payroll and Inventory application software; installed modems and communications equipment. Relocated to Corporate Headquarters in MD in 1981.
