• Worked on Mandatory corporate action events on Swift Notification MT564/MT568. Ensures events scrubbing, cleansing, masking and client notification are followed in a timely manner. Handles internal and external client CA event enquiries. Manages short deadline events due to late market announcement. • Lead in supporting the execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody and accounting processing, processing liability notices, processing and allocating dividend.

• Working in Geneva Conversion Team: Monthly GAV/NAV Package – Market Value Reconciliation, Non-Trading Accruals, Holding, Tax lot, Settled Date / Trade Date Cash and Trail Balance Reconciliation. Daily reconciliation of cash & positions-listed, unlisted and OTC to Custodian's Brokers, Counterparty's • Converting IGLS data into Geneva and reconciling the same. Join meetings to discuss issues affecting the team and contribute ideas to improve efficiency, allocating work to the Team.

• Working on financial products like Hedge Funds, derivatives, such as Forward, future swaps, options, equities, bonds, fixed income, mortgages. Processing of fund expenses and corporate events / Credit events. Promoted from Associate to Sr associate for presenting innovative process improvements ideas. • Often assists with more complex requests. Reviews reconciliations of holdings versus agent holdings to ensure accurate corporate action transaction processing.

• Escalate all material risk items and service issues to your TL/Manager on a timely basis. Interacting with external agents; custodians, clearers and depositories. Responsible for timely payments arising from Corporate Actions events and instructing client’s elections accurately before any cutoff dates • Keeps abreast of regulatory compliance for the assigned area and apprises staff. Analyzes operations risks related to current and business and recommends procedural changes and controls.

• Daily ensuring accurate capturing of trades, incomes, expenditures, as well as Subscriptions, redemptions, and fund distributions. Performing NAV reconciliation with the Fund Admin, Cash and Position Reconciliation, Market Price with Market value with unrealized reconciliation at fund level. • Ensuring that all the Corporate Actions are processed appropriately in GL system and also checking the Corporate Action impact on NAV and taking the required action, verifying on Bloomberg Terminals.

• Compiling and analyzing financial information for an organization & preparing Due Diligence Report, Project Viability. Evaluating Balance Sheet, Preparation of CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement), Information Memorandum/ Detailed Project Report for Submission to Bank • Promote the highest standards of ethics and standards across the organization based on the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, and confidentiality.
