Over 13+ years in IT industry covering testing/quality assurance of Banking, Financial Retail, Product, Networking, Telecom, Web and E-commerce and HOST based applications.Having good Leadership skills in team management, Planning of Test suites – Test plan, Test strategy, Test scripts, Test cases and deploying of Defect Management process.

As member of the PMO & QA responsible for scoping/strategy, implementation, risk management, change management, project communication, and general management of the project resources as assigned, hiring resources when required, resource mobilization onshore/Offshore. Worked on Integration of banking platforms on residential lending and deposits transformation projects. Successfully implemented the new design(SAP ECC,CRM, BaS, Salesforce Integration) for residential lending for both internal and broker.

Accountable for preparation of Test plan/strategy for Mobile 2.0 project (Mobile Banking, Online Banking and Mobile Appointment Booking), Schedule preparation.Test planning – estimation, timeline, resourcing, scheduling, distribution of work.Develop and enforce Defect management process, conduct defect triage meetings on daily basis to keep a track of defects till closure of testing activities.

Responsible for creating and managing the QA System Test Organization in support of 12 internal software test Specialists. Responsibilities included building the infrastructure (QA), test methodologies, generating test plans, automation, Resource planning ,training test specialist and accountable for leading testing efforts (estimation, planning, execution, test design and closure).
