Software Test Manager responsibility for Hybrid Electrical Vehicle Projects. - Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing. - Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project. - Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artefacts is documented and maintained. - Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report Weekly.

Validate the functionality of software products according to the specific requirements or specifications by defining, developing, adapting and/ or using manual or automated tests within a predefined project plan considering processes, procedures and testing quality standards.
