Digital evaluation of cleaning system for various sensors like Camera and LiDAR placed at different locations. Developed a methodology to evaluate washer tank designs by predicting filling time and filling performance with a risk scale and ready for series implementation. Department SPOC and ambassador for LS20X hub, driving initiatives to be implemented across the department.

• Working extensively on evaluating the wiper performance of different wiper assemblies for water pullback and lift-off simulations,countered preparing reports and ensuring continuous work flow. • Method development for implementing multiphase in the simulations, co-relation with windtunnel results and documentation. • Optimizing various wiper designs to improve performance. • Training/Mentoring interns and consultants in FE modeling for preparing aero model for simulations

• Complete responsibility of projects starting from estimation to delivery: FE modeling of cars for E-Coat, Bubble and Oven Simulations. • Project and resource planning, review, delivery and maintaining project related documents. • As a part of process efficiency, automated and reduced the time taken to complete the projects • Software (Ansa and Hypermesh) training to new joinees and work assignment among team members.
