•Design and Dynamic Simulation of Power rail Support system and GRP for two typical Light Rail Transport System in Jakarta (Malaysia). Software’s used: Catia V5, Ansys Workbench.

• Responsible for the design of Steel Support Foots for Third Rail systems. • Responsible for the creation of new Designs using 3D-CAD system(Solid Works/Siemens NX) to realize customer-specific system solutions. • Actively participated in the Co-operation or professional management of project teams. • Performed simulation of assemblies using ANSYS Workbench system and the technical documentation of the results. • Took responsibility for manufacturing of prototypes, execution and evaluation of tests.

• Helical Gear profile Drawings using Catia V5 and its required calculations • Gear Meshing and static analysis has been performed using ANSYS • Gear Bending Stress analysis and Von misses’ stresses distribution using Ansys. • Experimental Validation of the results • Acquired sound foundation for future studies in Contact stresses, Catia V5 and ANSYS
