As Recruiting Team Lead Germany for one of Europe’s fastest-growing sleep tech companies, I was responsible for growing and coaching a team dedicated to the sourcing and recruitment of global A-players in a high-volume recruitment environment.

For this renowned digital agency group, I built a centralized recruitment service from the ground up providing consultancy, talent acquisition, and employer branding services to subsidiaries across Germany. I led the selection and implementation of a HR software and ATS and actively shaped group-wide talent initiatives including an HR Circle.

Full-cycle talent acquisition of Creatives in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich studios: from identification of open roles to sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates on all levels to hiring and onboarding. Also implemented graduate recruitment, university marketing and employer branding activities.
