Latin Deluxe is a destination management company specialised in the Americas southernmost countries; offering destinations in Chile (including Easter Island) and Argentina, possibly in combination with unique destinations in Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay. Moreover Latin Deluxe offers unforgettable moments in the Antarctic region. Focussed on mainly Dutch and German-speaking markets and with specialist knowledge, Latin Deluxe dedicates itself to once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Jobs4All is a temporary employment agency dedicated to the Dutch student market. The company offers temporary as well as part-time employment in various market segments, for which it counts with various brands; Job4All, Jobs4Starters and 2Promote. I coordinated the development and implementation of a new database, as well as a new corporate website.

Travel Development Argentina decided to diversify its clients in order to operate as a true destination management company. Via partnerships with local operators some specific destinations in its neighbouring counties were inserted in its itineraries and also the Antarctic was added to the portfolio. From a pure operational role my job became more overall management, including human resource orientation, administration and the coordination of daily operational activities.

Travel Development Argentina is the Argentinean subsidiary of Travel Development Europe. Travel Development Argentina has been founded with the objective to offer destination management services to its controlling company. After having coordinated the foundation of the subsidiary in the city of Buenos Aires, my main objectives were the development of the destinations and the corresponding products.

Southbound Travel, a Travel Development Europe company, is an outbound tourism company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Founded in 2002 as a specialist for travel to Patagonia, the company is one of the pioneers of Dutch tourism services to the far South of the Americas. The key for the successful development of Southbound Travel’s products is to be found in the detailed knowledge of its destinations and the ability to interpret the travellers’ desires and transform them to concrete travel schedules.
