Advising and Presenting about the different studies at NHTV for upcoming students, on various locations (Fairs, High Schools & Universities/Colleges) throughout The Netherlands. Coordinating a pool of about 40 student advisors (Current NHTV students), who come along with us (me and 2 colleagues) during the Presentations & Fairs. Other Tasks; (Co)-Organization of Supplies/Events, Administration/Planning & Knowledge Management in relation to the education sector.

My functions in general were assisting the director and advising/working along with the management team on Change management and organizational aspects. This translated into co-creating a better service with co-workers from all departments while focusing on incremental improvement towards collective organizational goals & values. Upon request and/or interest, I am delighted to go further into depth about my Placement at Sanítas Residencial Les Corts.

I was part of a group of 4; holding a Facility Event within 10 weeks. Event Concept, Financing and Execution were our own responsibility. My Actions; - Acquisition of important stakeholders/Sponsorships - Marketing & Communications - Managing trainings for our participants pre-event, for a higher quality of Entertainment at our Event - Concept Development, Event/Scenario Planning and Management of Event. Result: A successful event in cooperation with Holiday on Ice (Among others) and 250+ tickets sold!
