Core technologies I am working in are React, Typescript, Git, PHP, Symfony, MySQL. I am responsible for a small development team of 2 full stack developers and one web designer, where I have a team lead role. We are responsible for our Employer branding services. For the last 5 months I have been fully working on the implementation of a new CMS admin for our new EB service. The CMS is fully written in React and Typescript, it is based on Create React App. The design was done using Material UI.

I was the head of software development team, which consists of 15 software developers and 2 web designers. We develop and maintain our web site, which is the biggest recruitment portal in Serbia. For years I have been leading our recruitment processes, internships and scholarships programs. A big chunk of my time went to developing our business. Being part of our board and every day, business, decision making had helped me to have a great understanding of how a business is developed.

As part of our Executive Board, enabling the time for my Developers to deliver the biggest value was the greatest challenge. With scarce IT resources and many websites to maintain, I had to make sure that our internal stakeholders got the optimum amount of IT time. Therefore, my role was finding a balance, prioritizing and sometimes saying "no" to many stakeholders and ideas to preserve our strategic focuses.

At the beginning, I was working on small features, but later opportunities came for larger projects. One of them was building an online service for improving CV's (unapredicv.com). Being involved in creating products and seeing the value for customers and not just coding became the foundation of my career progress. Among other things I was involved in creating web site for selling HR tools and advices (mojtim.com), which had good success at the beginning.
